While we strive to recreate the style and essence of your selected bouquet, please understand that the actual flowers may vary. Our commitment to using in-season and locally sourced flowers allows us to capture the freshest and most exquisite blossoms available. 

Your understanding of this natural variability not only supports sustainable and responsible floral practices but also guarantees that each creation is a unique work of art, showcasing the best of what nature has to offer during that particular season.

Imagery. The photos in our website are flowers in their full bloom. Meaning they have been conditioned to reach their peak when we took photos. Your actual arrangement will have flowers in bud stages. This will allow your recipient to enjoy the flowers longer and watch them bloom in different stages to showcase their natural beauty.

A complimentary note card enclosed in our signature wax sealed envelope is included with your order. Please write your note card messages with a maximum of 50 words. Hand-tied bouquets come with a water bag for hydration during transport. Your arrangements are finally packed in our elegant gift bags with signature ribbon to complete the presentation.

We accept major debit or credit cards at checkout. E-transfer is also an option. Please e-transfer payment to byyourstruly.yvr@gmail.com

To ensure the successful delivery of your flower gifts, kindly provide any apartment buzzer codes or contact persons in the note section at checkout. Please take responsibility for ensuring that the recipient is available at the specified address. In the event the recipient is not present to receive the arrangements, we will promptly contact them and coordinate alternative delivery options.

If you opt to leave the arrangement at the front door, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any stolen or missing arrangements. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery on the second attempt, the flowers will be returned to us, and an additional fee will be charged for redelivery.

Deliveries commence at noon and continue until the last delivery of the day. For time-sensitive deliveries or special requests, feel free to reach out to us at hello@byyourstrulystudio.ca for a personalized quote. Your satisfaction is our priority.
