Do you offer same-day delivery services?

We don't currently offer same-day delivery to prioritize providing the best flower experience. We believe in crafting each arrangement with care, and a 24-hour preparation time allows us to dedicate more effort to ensure your utmost satisfaction.

Where do you deliver?

We offer delivery services in Vancouver, Burnaby, North and West Vancouver, Richmond, New Westminster, and Coquitlam.

Do you deliver in Delta, Surrey, and Langley?

We can accommodate deliveries to Delta, Surrey, and Langley. However, these deliveries require a personalized quote due to the distance involved. Please contact us for more information.

Who delivers the flower gifts?

We entrust our flowers to a team of reliable couriers who ensure fast, efficient, and safe delivery of your gifts. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we guarantee our commitment to delivering your gifts promptly.

Do you notify my recipient prior to delivery?

Yes, we send a notification and meticulously plan our deliveries to ensure successful and timely receipt of your gifts. We kindly ask that you confirm the recipient's availability before sending flowers. Please note that we are not responsible if the recipient is out of town on the scheduled delivery day. No refunds will be issued in such cases, but you can redirect your gifts to another address.

Damaged Items

Damaged flowers are defined as stems with significant trauma (snapped), broken vessels, discolouration, excessive petal shedding, burns, or severe bruising due to heat. Please email us promptly upon receiving a damaged item, including a photo within 24 hours, for us to assess the severity.

If the arrangement is significantly damaged, we can offer a replacement. For arrangements with only a few affected stems but still generally intact, we can offer a partial refund. Claims must be reported within 48 hours to be eligible for consideration.

Premature Wilting

Premature wilting occurs when flowers or plants begin to wilt or show signs of dehydration before their expected lifespan or full bloom. We strive to select the freshest blooms for your arrangements. Please refer to our flower care guide for tips on maintaining their freshness.

Cancellation

To receive a full refund, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in a partial refund or store credit to cover labor costs involved in planning and preparing your order.

Refunds

Refunds will be provided if the company is entirely at fault or fails to meet satisfactory service levels. Eligible situations for refunds include:

  • Non-delivery or missed delivery
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Severely damaged arrangements
  • Unsatisfactory arrangements (excluding bespoke arrangements due to their personalized nature)
  • Canceled orders with 24 hours' notice

Please note that refunds for card payments may take 3-10 business days, while e-transfer payments can be refunded instantly.

If you have further questions, feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.
