The 12-month subscription includes one free bouquet for a special occasion anytime during the year. The first bouquet will arrive on the date you choose at checkout, and future deliveries will be on the first Saturday of each month.

Terms & Important Details

Designer’s Choice: A unique bouquet handpicked by our designer, featuring the freshest seasonal blooms arranged in our signature style.We’ll thoughtfully choose a mix of premium seasonal blooms and longer-lasting flowers at our discretion, so you or your loved one can enjoy each bouquet for as long as possible.

Cancellations & Delivery Changes:

  • The 12-month subscription is non-cancellable.
  • If the recipient will be away, contact us to reschedule. The following month’s delivery will include double the flowers.
  • Deliveries occur on the first Saturday of each month, with the first delivery on the date you select at checkout.

Additional Notes:

  • Subscriptions are non-transferable.
  • Any changes or special requests should be made at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery.

While we aim to recreate the style and essence of your chosen bouquet, the exact flowers may vary. By sourcing in-season and locally grown blooms, we ensure the freshest, most beautiful flowers while supporting sustainable practices. This natural variation makes every arrangement a unique work of art, reflecting the best of the season.

Imagery

The photos on our website feature flowers at full bloom, carefully timed for photography. Your arrangement may include blooms in earlier bud stages, allowing the recipient to enjoy them longer as they gradually open and reveal their natural beauty.

Inclusions

A complimentary note card enclosed in our signature wax sealed envelope is included with your order. Please write your note card messages with a maximum of 50 words. Hand-tied bouquets come with a water bag for hydration during transport. Your arrangements are finally packed in our elegant gift bags with signature ribbon to complete the presentation.

Payment

We accept major debit or credit cards at checkout. E-transfer is also an option. Please e-transfer payment to byyourstruly.yvr@gmail.com

Delivery Information

To ensure the successful delivery of your flower gifts, kindly provide any apartment buzzer codes or contact persons in the note section at checkout. Please take responsibility for ensuring that the recipient is available at the specified address. In the event the recipient is not present to receive the arrangements, we will promptly contact them and coordinate alternative delivery options.

If you opt to leave the arrangement at the front door, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any stolen or missing arrangements. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery on the second attempt, the flowers will be returned to us, and an additional fee will be charged for redelivery.

Curbside Pick Up Instructions

Our studio is not open for walk-ins or retail. Kindly call us before pick-up so we can prepare your order. Upon arrival, please call us at 604 830 7058 and we'll meet you at the front door to hand over your order. Thank you!
